Collaborating closely with the firm's Edinburgh and London offices, you will handle diverse banking matters under both Scots law and English law, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and complex challenges.
The successful candidate will be a Scottish qualified lawyer or dual-qualified (Scottish and English), bringing a minimum of 7 years' PQE in banking matters. Your strong work ethic, ability to handle a demanding workload, and meet tight deadlines will set you apart. Your friendly and confident demeanour, coupled with your pragmatic and commercially astute advice, will build lasting client relationships.
