Working within a team of 10, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proven history in carrying out high quality work for a variety of property clients in numerous sectors with particular expertise within Development work.  
 
Typical matters will include:
  • Commercial Development work
  • Assisting the HoD with option/promotion agreements
  • Refinancing
  • Sales and acquisitions.
  • Landlord and tenant
