My client is leading regional firm who carry out high quality work on a national level.
They have experienced a lot of growth over the past year and are now looking to expand their team by recruiting an NQ corporate and banking solicitor.
My client acts for institutional lenders, private equity funds and corporate borrowers in all types of finance transactions, ranging from corporate and leveraged financing to asset based lending, along with real estate and development finance.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified solicitor (or due to qualify) having completed a seat in a corporate team. Previous experience within a Banking team is preferable but not essential.
