Legal 500 ranked international law firm based in London.
Description
The successful renewals clerk will hold the following responsibilities:
Preparation of documents, including licenses, assignments and privacy policies
Liaising with clients, responding to emails and maintaining the filing system
Assist with IP complaint reports, ordering trade mark searches, investigations and completing complaint forms
General practice management and coordination of ongoing IP matters
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience as a Renewals Clerk in a similar well recognised IP firm. They will have Trade Marks, Copyright and/or Domain Name experience, ideally on an advisory and transactional level.
