An opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist/Administrator to join a Top Legal 500, multi-site, well-established Warwickshire based law firm at their Leamington Spa office.
 
On offer is a chance to work for a top legal 500 firm, a competitive salary based on your previous experience, a company pension scheme and an extra day’s holiday on your birthday. The salary bracket indicated is calculated pro-rata.
 
The position requires 20 hours per week from 13:00 until 16:00 Monday to Friday although other potential hours will be considered.
Your duties would include but not be limited to – answering phone calls and relaying messages to the relevant fee earners, greeting and logging in all visitors to reception as well as answering all general enquiries. You would be required to issue receipts for all monies brought to reception as well as preparing files for closing and archiving whilst maintaining diaries and booking appointments for meeting rooms.
