Our client is seeking experienced Costs Draftsmen to join the team in Leeds. They are one of the most well established dedicated Cost's firms in the country. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in drafting budgets, attending CCMC, drafting bills in complex high value matters, drafting points of dispute, and drafting replies. Home/Hybrid working will be an option for the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating bills of costs
- Attending detailed assessments and negotiating settlements
- Providing advice to clients on cost-related matters
- Preparing and filing court documents
- Managing and prioritising workload
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Full understanding of the CPR and excellent negotiation skills
- Advocacy experience is beneficial but not essential
