Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Popular Regional Firm | Leeds

A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its York office.

You will be handling your own caseload of varied Commercial Litigation matters including business to business disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation, injunctions, shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, and property litigation. You will be joining a highly regarded and nationally recognised team, assisting the senior members with their more complex matters, as well as handling your own caseload of files. You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development, marketing and networking activities which will provide a valuable part of the wider department.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years PQE, although candidates with less experience may also be considered depending on their merits. You will have a broad range of commercial litigation experience such as those listed above. Ideally you may have experience of contentious insolvency or probate matters although this is not essential.
