Data Protection Lawyer, Oxfordshire, 3+ PQE. Salary up to £70,000 (DOE) plus comprehensive benefits. You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive within a law firm or in-house organisation with post qualification experience in litigation.

THE ROLE:
To support the Data Compliance Officer, Senior Risk Lawyer and the Director of Risk and Best Practice in the delivery of the firm’s risk management and compliance service, with a particular focus on data protection. To provide commercial and legal support as part of the Risk and Best Practice Team, ensuring the Firm’s risk and compliance controls remain effective and robust and to advise on risk and compliance matters.
DATA PROTECTION SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUITVE:
Good working knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and codes of conduct applicable to the operation of a law firm, including the SRA Standards and Regulations. Previous experience in risk and compliance. Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise. Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise. Strong written communication skills and good commercial awareness.
