As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate finance matters to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate finance law.

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its prestigious top-tier regional law firm. As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate finance matters to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate finance law.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and development projects.
- Sit within the REF team and service the lender clients.
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing legal documents, such as loan agreements, security documents, and facility letters.
- Negotiating and drafting finance agreements, security documents, and other related legal documentation.
- Assisting clients in structuring complex real estate finance transactions to achieve their business objectives while minimizing risk.
- Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting real estate finance.
- Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks and providing practical solutions to clients.
- Collaborating with other legal teams within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients with cross-practice needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Managing and prioritising multiple client matters, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
