COMMERCIAL/EMPLOYMENT/CHARITIES LAWYER 3 - 10 PQE

£40,000+
A multi office full-service law firm with 3 offices in West Yorkshire who serve local businesses and private clients throughout the region are looking to expand their Commercial team by hiring a commercial/employment/charities law lawyer. In addition to the local work they do, they also undertake legal work for national companies and have of late, experienced a growth in their commercial offering to their client base. This is a brand new role for the firm so it will give the person they hire great autonomy to grow a role around their expertise.
This role would ideally suit a lawyer with 3 to 10 years PQE in general commercial contract law, employment law for employers, and charity law for charities nationwide, including charitable trusts, voluntary organisations and other not-for-profit bodies. As the team caseload is a mixture of corporate/commercial work, employment law, and charities work, there is scope to share a mixed caseload or specialise. The successful candidate will join an established team with a broad client base.
The department is growing and there are opportunities for business development and marketing to further grow the profile of the department in Bradford and beyond.
This will be an office-based role but our client is committed to offering the most suitable working environment to their staff, so flexible working hours and hybrid working is offered if the need arises.
