An experienced lawyer is currently being sought for a bank looking for extra support for the securitisation business. Working as part of a growing legal team you will cover all elements of the deal from origination through to sales and trading to close, working directly with the front office. You will be required to structure and draft documentation from pitch through to execution and settlement. You should be confident in securitisation structures with a broader general lending or DCM background being useful in addition to project bonds and high yield. You should be prepared to get involved in non-transactional matters such as bank wide projects and regulatory matters, as well as industry forums and committees.
Most suitable candidates for this role will have a strong private practice background with some previous in-house experience, possibly gained on secondment and will be between 2 and 8 years qualified. A European language would be a bonus.
