Wills & Probate Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Walsall
We are working with a niche practice in the West Midlands, seeking an experienced Solicitor/FCILEx to deal with all aspects of private client work including wills and probate matters, POAs and creation of and administration of trusts.
The successful candidate would be taking over a retiring Director's current caseload and expected to progress those matters with little overall supervision whilst also developing and expanding the department in line with the Firm's overall strategic growth and development plans.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 5 years PQE. STEP qualification would be desirable however they are also happy to support any candidate in achieving STEP qualification.
