Corporate Tax/Incentives Lawyer NQ+ SURREY To £££
This premier Surrey firm has an opening for an ambitious lawyer to undertake a mixed caseload of all corporate tax, both domestic and international. This will include mitigating liabilities and maximising allowances and providing tax support on corporate transactions as well as general advisory work. You will also be involved in designing and implementing equity incentive schemes for clients. Strong academics and a corporate tax seat during your training contract preferred.
