Construction Litigation Lawyer 1+ To £££
This popular City firm is looking to hire an ambitious construction lawyer to focus mainly on contentious work but with the ability to pick up some non-contentious work as well. You will draft submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceedings and manage cases in the Technology & Construction Court. You will also advise on all aspects of construction contracts including building contracts, development agreements and all supplementary documentation such as security documents, warranties, novation's and assignments.
