Conveyancing Assistant - Northampton

This modern and forward thinking property specialist are looking to recruit conveyancing assistants to their Northampton based team.

Experience of working within residential conveyancing as an assistant is required as you must be able to hit the ground running in a thriving team. 

There are opportunities at all levels from more junior roles up to senior assistant positions so your duties will be dependent on your experience but may include:-

  • Issuing sales contract packs. 
  • Carrying out relevant searches and preparing reports.
  • Drafting transfer deeds
  • Dealing with client enquiries, third parties etc.
The salary for the role will base based on experience but the firm do pay well and regularly review their salary structures to ensure everyone is fairly rewarded for their skills and expeirence.
