Our client are seeking an Events Coordinator who will play a vital role in planning and executing a wide range of events, both internal and external, that help them to connect with their clients, partners, and colleagues in the legal industry. You will work closely with the firms marketing and business development teams to create memorable and impactful events that enhance our firm's reputation and contribute to our business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify event objectives and goals.
  • Plan and manage events, including seminars, conferences, webinars, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop event timelines and manage all aspects of event execution.
  • Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, and attendee lists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Measure and report on the success of events, including attendee feedback and ROI.
  • Maintain relationships with event vendors and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event coordination.

Experience in a law firm in a similar role is essential.
