This opportunity is with a reputable firm with a strong history in their region. The firm has a reputation for their inclusive culture and outstanding client service. They have a wealth of long standing, loyal clients. Their lawyers are knowledgeable experts in their field.

The Opportunity

As Head of the Residential Property department you would be entrusted an energising caseload consisting of mixed residential conveyancing matters.  

You would also be in charge of overseeing a team of fee earners, paralegals and support staff and would be on hand to assist with any necessary guidance. The firm have a flexible approach and would give you a great deal of autonomy to lead the department.

The Requirements

 

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 5 years’ experience
  • Ability to handle a variety of Residential Property matters
  • Ambition to lead and potentially progress to partner
