My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm, who are currently engaged in an exciting period of growth and firm-wide expansion, due to their stellar work and reputation in the region and nationally. They are now seeking a senior property lawyer to work alongside the head of department, on spearheading the continuing growth and strategy of the team, thorough a combination of leadership and business development.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Playing a crucial role in developing the conveyancing services team, leading on matters directly and supervising juniors.
• Contributing to the growth of the department through business development, alongside delivering innovative client solutions.
• Having involvement in the recruitment and ongoing success of the conveyancing department, including mentoring and training.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have experience as a senior conveyancer working for typically HNW individuals on areas such as leasehold and freehold property, estates and site developments.
• Demonstrate exceptional client care and a client-focused approach.
• Show strong interpersonal and rapport building skills and a passion for business development.
