Legal Counsel - NQ

My client serves various industries, including financial services, insurance, commerce, media, and public sector. They operate in over 30 countries and have over 12,000 employees worldwide.

They are now looking to add an NQ commercial lawyer to their growing legal team in Leeds. As a legal counsel, you will be part of the UK legal team based in Leeds. You will report to the senior legal counsel and support the business units in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.

You will also provide legal advice on various matters, such as data protection and intellectual property. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure the company's legal interests are protected and risks are mitigated.
To be considered for this role you will be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive up to 4 PQE who has carried either a seat in commercial or some other form of pre or post qualification commercial experience.
