Legal Counsel - Hampshire

Our client is a well established tech company with excellent financials and experienced management.

They are seeking to hire a Legal Counsel to act as their key commercial and legal advisor. On a day to day basis, the work will focus on supporting the sales team. The role will also involve working closely with the three Directors to steer business strategy to ensure the successful operation of the business, and to ensure that the company continues to grow.

Applicants must have at least three years' PQE and be qualified in England & Wales. They must have proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, gained in an in-house environment.

The role is based in central Hampshire, and the successful applicant will be expected to be in the office three days per week.

Remuneration: £75K + bonus
