Private Equity Practice Attorney, US Firm, London

Our client, a top tier White Shoe firm, is looking for a new hire to join the Private Equity team in London, focussing on working with portfolio companies owned by Private Equity sponsors, primarily in UK, US and Europe.

The suitable individual will have between 2-4 years' PQE in a Corporate team, preferably from a PE practice in the London market, or other Common Law jurisdiction.

This is an opportunity which will suit someone who is looking to move into a less transaction-focussed role within a PE team. The individual will be keen to have more responsibility for their own clients and be keen to manage the firm's portfolio company relationships.
