Senior Legal Counsel

Permanent - London (with frequent travel to Manchester & Birmingham)

A growing communications company are recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel join and lead the legal team.

You as the Senior Legal Counsel will be an integral part of the business to provide high standards of legal advice to the business.


The main responsibilities include:

  • Negotiates and redacts B2B commercial contracts (These include master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller contracts, reseller contracts)
  • Supports the legal team by streamlining standard contracts and transactional materials
  • Co-ordinating and conducting dispute resolution matters
  • Support the junior members of the team


Key skills and experience required:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 4 years PQE as a minimum
  • Technology industry experience is desired
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with senior stakeholders
