Our client, a UK law firm, are currently seeking a talented lawyer with 2-5 years PQE to join their team for 6 month FTC (likely to run for longer / possible development opportunities). Junior candidates may also be considered if they possess extensive experience in Insurance and Property disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in intricate insurance coverage and property damage disputes.
- Examine and analyse insurance policies, offering clients advice on coverage matters.
- Be actively involved in all phases of litigation: from drafting pleadings to discovery processes, from motions to trial preparations.
- Work closely with our seasoned team of professionals to deliver a comprehensive suite of legal services.
- Stay abreast of modifications in insurance laws and industry norms to consistently furnish clients with top-tier advice and representation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of substantial experience in insurance coverage and disputes, especially those centred on property damage.
- A proven track record showcasing the capability to manage multiple cases both efficiently and effectively.
