A high performing, national firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving and busy team in Leeds City Centre. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis with hybrid working options available.

THE ROLE

- You'll have the opportunity to deal with litigated claims with a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
- Acting for businesses, individuals, and financial institutions
- The clients you'll be acting for are either privately paying, or LEI funded
- Assisting the Partner in charge of the Landlord and Tenant team
- May include supervisory responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

- You will be a fully qualified Solicitor, around 1-5PQE, with experience working on a range of landlord and tenant disputes
- Have a passion for property litigation law and for providing commercial and practical solutions
- An adept team player who is able to communicate with the wider team
- Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise matters
- Previous experience in dealing with Legal Expense Insurance would be advantageous
