Property Damage Solicitor / Legal Executive - This is an exciting time to be joining a growing team which focuses on a range of motor indemnity work. The skill set is basically that of commercial litigation. The team advises on high-value insurance claims arising out of all manner of property damage claims and is keen to grow and develop the team. The team is looking for strong litigators with the transferable skills to be a major asset to the team. So if you have strong RTA or EL/PL experience, we would be interested in hearing from you.

• Job title: Solicitor or Legal Executive (multiple roles at various levels)
• Location: Greater Manchester
• Salary: to £55,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Candidates with a commercial insurance background or commercial litigation background are strongly encouraged to apply. Personal injury experience will be considered as will other areas such as RTA Fraud.

Technical litigation advising a number of 'tier 1' insurers

If you are looking to grapple with an exciting and technical area of litigation, this could be the challenge for you. The nature and size of these claims means that fee earners often collaborate across the firm's national network. This is a relatively new team who have already established a strong position in the market advising on highly complex property damage matters.

This is an exciting area of commercial insurance litigation and you will be at the heart of a busy department at the cutting edge of this area of complex subrogated loss.

Other aspects of role

The team also advises on the intricacies of insurance policy coverage and often advises insurers when bringing new products to market. Moreover, they provide ongoing training to clients through regular seminars and updates to stay at the forefront of key developments in the law.
