A fantastic law firm is expanding its successful Property Litigation practice in Brighton. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive with relevant previous experience.
The role involves providing advice to a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, funders, and high net worth individuals, on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters. The team specialises in handling disputes related to various property issues.
Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to get involved with broader disputes, including contractual disputes, intellectual property, construction disputes, professional negligence, and defamation.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A strong academic background
- Previous experience in property litigation
- Great business development skills
