Commercial Property Solicitor
York

QED Legal are working alongside a regional practice in York who are currently looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The firm have multiple offices in Yorkshire and have a great reputation in the market place.

The role would be ideally suited to those NQ – 5 year PQE Solicitors looking for a new opportunity.

The majority of the work is acting for local and regional businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of commercial property work from landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposals, agriculture, and development.

The team in York is small with space for a junior-mid level lawyer to really make their mark. There are two directors overlooking the team and a senior solicitor.

The successful candidate will get excellent exposure from the start and have access to clients and get really involved in matters that might not ordinarily be the case at a larger firm.

The firm is a nice place to work. There are no egos and people are treated like grown-ups and part of a team.

There is great support here and genuine pathways to progress to more senior positions with personal growth, something that the firm are keen to develop.

Salary is competitive in the North Yorkshire market + benefits.

If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, then please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.
