The Role
· Commercial Litigation lawyer NQ-8PQE
· Join a busy team to handle complex Commercial Litigation work for a loyal client base in the North West market and beyond.
· Handle a broad range of high-value disputes including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract and warranty claims.
. Work directly with clients across a broad range of sectors including retail & hospitality, finance, technology and sports.
. Enjoy a varied and rewarding role, enabling an ambitious individual to take on high calibre work
. Engage with the team on business development initiatives.
· As part of a small team you will have a varied and hands on role with great progression prospects.

The Candidate
· Excellent Commercial Litigation experience at a reputable firm.
· Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
. Technically confident and able to take responsibility on complex disputes.
· A strong team player, eager to work closely with colleagues
