The Charities team at this international global top 100 Law Firm are leading specialists in their field. They are down-to-earth, straightforward, and great to work with, advising a diverse range of clients on a wide range of issues. These include regional, national and international service providers, grant makers, religious orders, professional societies, universities, independent schools, academies, and social enterprises.

Advice spans a wide range of governance and constitutional issues, through to trustees' duties and responsibilities, mergers, strategic partnerships, fundraising, trading and Charity Commission regulatory issues.

Experience within the Charities sector is not essential, but an interest is. It's your technical skills that are of appeal, whether it's in charity law or perhaps corporate, commercial, data-protection or private client expertise.

They are signatories to the Mindful Business Charter, emphasising that their people are able to maintain healthy and happy lives, both in and out of work and very happy to talk flexible working, full-time or part-time working patterns.
