This market-leading real estate firm is looking to hire an ambitious senior associate to work closely with a partner on complex development/regeneration projects. You will be dealing with site assembly, vacancy possession, rights of light, development constraint issues and forward funding/development agreements. As well as your technical expertise you will be expected to supervise more junior colleagues and participate fully in business development.
