National firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their successful L500 rated Birmingham team.
Our client is a well-established multi-office firm with a strong UK footprint. The firm is home to a strong employment practice, handling high quality contentious and non-contentious employment work for a roster of high profile respondent clients.
The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with at least 1 year+ pqe to join their growing partner led Birmingham practice. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including some or all of: drafting terms and conditions and employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing, a variety of discrimination claims and settlement agreements, redundancy and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable and well-known partner.
You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of private sector SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses as well as public sector organisations on varied and challenging employment law issues.
