Financial Services Lawyer 2+
This dynamic top 10 City firm is looking to hire an ambitious associate to work on a range of financial services issues including advisory and contentious regulatory matters. You\'ll be advising on setting up new businesses and product lines and drafting and negotiating client, brokerage, investment management and custody agreements as well as compliance documentation. There is scope to get involved in contentious matters, including regulatory enforcement proceedings and other third party investigations and disciplinary matters plus a range of regulatory issues in relation to market abuse, anti-money laundering, governance, conduct and the senior managers and certification regime. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act regime, experience of conducting internal investigations and advising on money laundering and regulatory asset management experience.
