The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years PQE with a knowledge of a broad range of commercial issues. As part of the Commercial and Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high-quality and complex matters relating to commercial contracts, technology contracts, and various other matters.
