A Legal 500 Firm based in the heart of South West London are looking for a career Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property department in Wimbledon. 

QED Legal are recruiting an experienced residential property paralegal to assist fee earners on the property team for a well established firm who offer a friendly and supportive working environment. This role would be suitable for an individual with a legal background with specific experience in Commercial Property/Residential Property who is looking to pursue property paralegal work.

The role will involve assisting with various matters including managing matters from file opening and closing, including AP1s and Land Registry forms. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to develop your expertise. Please note that 

Ideally, candidates will have experience of the full life cycle of conveyancing transactions, encompassing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. Please note that this is not an entry level role and that candidates must have recent experience with the conveyancing process to be considered for the position.

You will deal with a range of conveyancing work and correspondence including preparation of Certificate of Titles, Transfer Deeds, pre completion searches, CHAPS and BACS forms and completion formalities for both clients and buyer's solicitors.
