Construction Partner
An outstanding City law firm is looking to bolster their offering to clients, both domestically and internationally, with the addition of a Construction Partner to their London office.
The firm is looking for an individual, or team, to service clients currently generated by the established Real Estate, Banking and Corporate teams across various sectors including banking and financial services, retail, health and social care, technology, energy, mining and minerals, oil and gas, and hotels and leisure.
You will be working as part of a wider construction group spread across the regional offices in which the firm is highly ranked in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
The firm is open to an individual who could be either contentious construction or non-contentious construction, or perhaps being a mix of both. Most importantly, you will be able to lead and develop a London construction offering.
The ideal candidate will be very well versed in construction law. You will ideally be a Partner with a following in the region of £250,000. The firm will also consider Senior or Principal Associate, or Legal Director level candidates either in private practice or in-house, who can show a proven track record of generating work.
The firm is open to offering fixed-share or full equity partnership, depending on experience and a suitable business case.
