Your new company
You will be joining a well established legal 500 firm based in Southampton. The firm is one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK.
Your new role
You will be working on a broad and interesting caseload, including commercial contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, fraud, banking disputes and procurement, with the aim of having a more focused practice as you progress. You will be advising clients of varying size and complexity and working with in-house legal teams, acting for clients in both claimant and defendant roles.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Legal Executive
  • Some commercial litigation experience
