Client Details
Our client is a family run business who operate in the retail and wholesale sectors. They have a small but growing in-house legal team and are keen to recruit an In-house Legal Advisor to support on primarily property work. You can expect opportunities to progress with this role alongside a competitive salary.
Description
The In-house Legal Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of legal property management work across the company's property estate. This would include drafting leases, to supporting on purchases, and liaising with the business' external lawyers. You will also get the opportunity to get involved in wider legal areas as and when required.
Profile
We would be keen to speak to paralegals, ILEx or qualified lawyers who have a background in commercial and/or residential property. The successful candidate will live in close proximity to the Preston area and be interested to work in an in-house role and progress with the business. You will be confident dealing with a caseload of property work and getting involved in other legal area as and when required.
Job Offer
Up to £40k plus benefits
