Corporate Finance Solicitor 5+ PQE - Leeds
A leading Yorkshire firm seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor to specialise in finance matters, based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded team, dealing with mid to large scale transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the award-winning corporate team for an ambitious and experienced solicitor with 5+ years' PQE. The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload of corporate finance work including:
- Corporate lending and refinancing;
- acquisition finance;
- asset-based lending;
- debt capital markets.
You will also work alongside the Real Estate team where necessary, in relation to advising the major banks and financial institutions on lending finance for acquisitions.

* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to Partner level
* Experience gained within an established mid-level practice
