Our client, a renowned Legal 500 law firm are on the search for a Serious Injury Solicitor/ Legal Executive (1-5 yrs PQE) to join their growing firm. Offering flexible work arrangements from the comfort of your home or their conveniently located Warwick office, you'll be entrusted with managing a personal injury caseload of multi-track cases. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior fee earners on high-value catastrophic injury cases.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including multi-track and lower value cases.
- Collaborate with senior fee earners on high-value/catastrophic injury cases.
- Delegate tasks, supervise, and offer constructive feedback to paralegals and trainees.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, aligned with our core values of Client First Service.
- Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and competence, participating in training and development initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance within the case management system.
- Propose improvements to enhance current procedures.
- Actively resolve client issues through negotiation and proactive measures.
- Participate in Business Development activities to bolster the firm's external reputation.
- Cultivate and expand professional networks and relationships within the local region.
- Profound knowledge of Personal Injury law and experience representing claimants.
- Expertise in both fast-track and multi-track cases.
- Clear, effective, and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Willingness to work across offices and travel as needed within the UK.
- Exceptional client care skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- A passionate commitment to aiding individuals impacted by injuries.
- Skill in building professional networks and external relationships (Business Development experience is a plus).
