In this role you will advise on internal and external strategic projects relating to ESG and sustainability finance and work closely with the General Counsel.
Work will include:
- drafting ESG policies and creating ESG strategies;
- leading on gap analysis to identify areas of development;
- reporting to the Board on sustainability progress; and
- advising on non-ESG legal work in investment management including broader transactional and regulatory work.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 10 years' PQE in the asset management sector advising on AIFMD, MiFID II, UCITS and SFDR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FS regulatory lawyer with a strong interest in ESG to establish their career in asset management.
