If you are an experienced Senior Administrator with a passion for public safety, then an exciting opportunity exists with the General Dental Council's in-house legal team, consisting of lawyers, paralegals, and administration services.
As the Senior Administrator, you will manage the team of Legal Administrators, whilst providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Legal Services, presentation lawyers and paralegals. Your work will help deliver an efficient and high-quality legal service that ensures public safety.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Attending management meetings.
- Assisting with strategically aligned improvement projects.
- Acting as a ‘first point of contact’ for incoming queries and referrals to the team.
- Ensuring the team’s database and management spreadsheets are properly managed and updated.
- Collating and assisting in the delivery of performance-related data.
About You
You will be able demonstrate that you have experience of:
- Effectively managing a team of administrators.
- Collating performance-related data and reporting of this information.
- Working on strategic improvement projects.
- Strong ICT skills including experience of maintaining payments systems and other records.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
