Key responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor
- Advising and working on a range of private client matters including but not limited to; Wills, Trusts & Probates
- Administering estates and managing probate matters
- Working on basic through to complex Wills and LPAs
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
- Assisting with the distribution of assets and resolving disputes
- Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, and other parties involved
Desirable skills and requirements of the Private Client Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
- Experience as a Solicitor or handling caseloads of a similar nature
