Key responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor

• Advising and working on a range of private client matters including but not limited to; Wills, Trusts & Probates
• Administering estates and managing probate matters
• Working on basic through to complex Wills and LPAs
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
• Assisting with the distribution of assets and resolving disputes
• Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, and other parties involved

Desirable skills and requirements of the Private Client Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
• Experience as a Solicitor or handling caseloads of a similar nature
