An exciting new contract opportunity has arisen for a HR systems analyst to work at a leading law firm in London. This role will work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders. Main responsibilities will include overseeing the configuration and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system used by the HR team.

Main duties:

  • Gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Delivering HR related reporting.
  • Reviewing current operational processes, ensuring optimum use is being made of the firm's systems.
  • Supporting the team with knowledge of the current system.
  • Facilitating application configuration changes, workflows and enhancements.
  • Defining best practice methodologies for application developments.
  • Taking responsibility for change management for Dynamics F & O environment, including patch installation and software deployment.
  • Analysing and documenting business and technical requirements.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience of Dynamics D365 F & O.
  • Experience of Microsoft's Power Platform.
  • Experience of using and developing PowerBI reports.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to explain technologies and workflows to non-technical people.
  • Ability to test new business application functionalities.
