Pure Search are instructed by a leading international law firm who are looking for several associates at 1-3PQE with fraud litigation or cyber crime experience on a 12-month fixed term contract (subject to extension).

The Firm:

This is a unique role in that our client will be sending several members of the team on secondment to a global tech and media brand (London-based). The role therefore represents a unique opportunity to gain in-house experience at a globally-renowned household name brand, whilst still being remunerated at Silver Circle level (c.£110-135k + bonus).

Our client is one of the most prominent names in the market, with a genuine global presence. They are highly-ranked for civil fraud and are considered one of the go-to firms in this space.

The Role:

The role will focus on criminal fraud / cyber crime work, advising a global tech and media brand. You will advise on the investigation and enforcement of a range of cybercrime, fraud and other digital threats including tech support fraud, phishing, brand impersonation and e-commerce investigations.

This is a fascinating opportunity to play a role in one of the most significant and high-profile fraud disputes of 2024.

About You:

You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with between 1-3 years post-qualification experience and direct experience of any of the following:

  • Civil Fraud Litigation
  • Cyber Crime
  • E-Commerce Fraud Disputes

Our client will consider UK, Australian and New Zealand qualified candidates with strong academics and relevant experience, either currently in a permanent or contract position. There is the possibility of the role being extended by the client, either on site at the firm or at the client's offices. Our client will also consider September 2023 qualifiers with at least 8-10 months experience of fraud litigation.
