Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Caldicot, Wales

The firm are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Caldicot. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.

Within this role, responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Conducting title investigations, draft contracts, and review legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

The ideal person for this role will be:

  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and Land Registry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
