The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health

The ideal candidate will be locally based however remote working candidates will be considered. While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background should also apply.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Jennifer McPhail in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
