Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus generous bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

  • Handling a diverse and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages, freehold, leasehold and unregistered titles.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish including; requesting searches, reporting on title, drafting contracts, enquiries, exchanges and completions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to deliver exceptional service and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Open to CiLEX and Licensed Conveyancer applications.
  • Proficient in managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
