We are seeking a dedicated Employment Solicitor to join our London office or on a fully remote basis.

This role requires a focus on providing exceptional advice to clients on employment law issues.

Description

As an employment associate you will be:

  • Provide comprehensive advice on employment law issues to diverse clients.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment law and business services industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Assist in the development of firm's employment law practice.
  • Promote the firm's image by being active in the business services industry and professional organisations.

Profile

As a successful Employment Solicitor you will/have:

  • Be an England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Proven experience in the business services industry, particularly in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
