Employment Solicitor - Northampton

I am looking to speak to employment lawyers base about a fantastic role that has come up within an award winning, legal 500 and chambers listed law firm in Northampton. 

The successful candidate will be joining an extremely highly regarded employment department dealing with both contentious and non contentious matters on behalf of mainly employer clients.

Work undertaken on the non contentious side may include things such as drafting employment contracts and policies, staff handbooks, HR matters such as performance management, disciplinary processes, grievance procedures.

On the contentious side of things they deal with running employment litigation/tribunal matters and advising on settlement agreements.

Experience in some of the above areas is required in order to be considered for this role.

In terms of PQE all levels are encouraged to get in touch as long as experience in employment law can be demonstrated.
