Excellent opportunity for a legal receptionist to join a friendly and successful law firm in Cardiff.

The role of the Receptionist is to provide effective support to the office.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff, for the smooth operation of the office.
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Distribute mail deliveries daily
  • Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive
  • Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system
  • Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.

To apply for this role you should have excellent experience in reception duties and experience in working within a legal environment. Any administration experience within residential conveyancing would also be advantageous.
